Lady Diamonds Softball Organization

We would like to thank you for visiting the online home of the Lady Diamonds Softball Teams. The Lady Diamonds are affiliated and sanctioned by USSSA Softball, WFC, IFC, and Top Gun Softball.

Teams Philosophy:

We aspire to create christian environment that will allow the players to perform to the highest levels of their abilities and to create memories that they and their families will look back on with great fondness and joy.

To create such an environment, we believe that all players, coaches, parents and spectators have to conduct themselves in a manner that honors the game of baseball and reflects all the principles of good sportsmanship.

The basic philosophy of the Lady Diamonds Softball program is that we want to develop Christian Softball players and mold them into the hardest playing group in Travel Softball. We want to be able to take pride in the fact that no other Softball program will work harder than we do.

This serves two purposes: First, by practicing and playing extremely hard, we bring honor and glory to Christ in a way that set us apart from the cultural norm and provides a visual example of Christlike excellence. Secondly, we believe that hard work teaches discipline, and that discipline in turn teaches humility. In humility we learn more and more of our own brokenness before Christ. In brokenness we learn to depend on Christ in all areas of our life.
